She teamed her eye-catching frock with sandals and a black cardigan as she took in the sights – more specifically, the shops – on a wander in the city of love.
A side profile of the socialite once again showed that her legendary backside is refusing to be outsized by her growing stomach.

After jetting back to Paris to continue working on new songs, the lovesick rapper was soon itching to see his girl again.
So he arranged for his private jet to pick up Kim from the Greek island of Mykonos – where she was holidaying with family – and fly her to Paris.
