But just hours later on Wednesday evening Cara Delevingne decided to live up to her other tag – wild party girl - as she headed to a boat party.
Looking somewhat dishevelled, the 20-year-old ditched the airs and graces she had earlier in the evening and hitched up her designer frock to reveal clumpy boots beneath as she made her un-ladylike entrance to party the night away.

Her hair, which earlier had looked slick and styled in smooth curls to the side of her head, now looked much looser.
The curls had dropped and it seems the wet weather during the evening had taken its toll, as it appeared frizzy in places.
While she still wore the floorlength black Burberry gown with lace detailing across her arms and bust, gone was her elegant posture and sexy poses.

In their place she slouched while making a clumpy entrance to a boat party, in a pair of comfy looking black boots which she had been hiding beneath the beautiful dress.
Perhaps wishing she was in a pair of jeans rather than the floorlength number she hitched it up revealing the out-of-place boots and her calves.
With her she carried a suit bag and her handbag, no doubt with some clothes to change into so she could party into the night in comfort.

As ever the well-known model seemed keen to continue the night despite looking a little on the tired side.
Just hours earlier Cara stole the show at The Great Gatsby screening, which opened the festival, showing just how professional she can be when she needs to.
And she even put on more make-up than usual, knowing the world's eyes would be on her at the event.

She wore smokey eyes and had a slick of dark red lipstick to finish off her vampish ensemble.
Over the last few months Cara has become just as well known for her partying antics as she has for her modelling.
The last few weeks particularly have been highly eventful, with the model managing to court a fair amount of controversy.

She found herself under the world’s magnifying glass after she dropped a packet of suspicious looking white powder in a baggie as she left her London home.
Cara is however yet to officially comment about dropping the bag two weeks ago.
And the young star caused yet more drama by puckering up to British actress Sienna Miller for a saucy smooch at the 2013 Met Ball in New York last week and on a more cheery note she got her first tattoo- a lion on her right forefinger.
In spite of the latest scandals, Burberry's Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey hinted the company would be sticking with the popular fashionista as the face of their campaigns.
