But after a dramatic show, that saw them being egged live on air, the judges decided to let their hair down as they headed to the wrap party at 45 Park Lane.
And after Amanda Holden wowed in a plunging floor-length gown on stage, she decided to get changed into an equally revealing dress as she headed to Mayfair, while fellow judge Alesha Dixon looked a little more conservative.

Still flashing the flesh: Amanda Holden changed into a revealing black minidress for the Britain's Got Talent wrap party at 45 Park Lane on Saturday, showing off a hint of sideboob
Covered up: Fellow judge Alesha Dixon kept it more conservative in leather trousers and an orange blazer
Clearly still wanting to make an impact even though the series had come to an end, 42-year-old Amanda slipped out of her J'Anton gown and into the thigh-skimming party dress.
The confident star showed off her bronzed body in the short dress, which was backless and had cutaway panels around the middle.
All eyes on her: Amanda made sure that she was the centre of attention in the cutaway party dress, clearly confident about her figure
Bronzed body: Amanda didn't' seem shy about posing for pictures in the backless dress, which had cutaway panels at the front
Quick change: The 42-year-old decided to slip out of the gown she was wearing for the show, and into something even more provocative
Legs a-kimbo: The star seemed in good spirits as she headed into the hotel, strutting around outside
Little to the imagination: Amanda didn't seem worried about the fact that she was exposing a little too much in the gaping gown
Sultry star: The BGT judge proved that she's got a racy side in the gaping gown, unafraid to show off her shape
She kept her two-tone hair in the same lose, tousled style that she sported in the show and kept on her plum lipstick, adding a pair of towering pink stilettos.
Her friend and fellow judges Alesha, who had also worn a low cut, strapless gown for the eagerly-anticipated final, got changed for the party, but kept her look a little more low key.
Obviously wanting to be more comfortable for the bash, the 34-year-old wore a pair of skintight leather-look leggings and a loose-fitting orange T-shirt.
More conservative: Even though she wore a plunging dress for the final, Alesha clearly wanted something a little more low-key for the party
Over the egging? Simon Cowell seemed happy as he showed up with Sinitta, despite the fact that he'd had a egg thrown at him during the final
Party time: The two friend and exes looked ready to let their hair down despite a long evening
She added a matching blazer jacket over the top, looking relaxed but certainly eye-catching as she posed for pictures outside the party.
Simon Cowell didn't see to have changed fro his show outfit, although he was still missing the jacket that had born the brunt of the egg attack.
He arrived at the party with good friend and ex-girlfriend Sinitta on his arm and seemed in good spirits despite the incident.
All-nighter? Ant and Dec both seemed in great moods as they left the party in the early hours after celebrating in style
Didn't change the shirt? The BGT judge kept on the same shirt that he'd been egged in, but lost the jacket
Presenters Ant and Dec also seemed to be in it for the long-haul, emerging from the wrap party in the early hours wit huge smiles on their faces.
Saturday night's final saw favourites Attraction crowned the winners while disabled teen comedian Jack Carroll came in as runner-up.
But the real talking point of the show was when violinist Natalie Holt interrupted Richard and Adam's performance to pelt the judges with eggs.
Simply stunning: The female judges upped the ante in the style stakes for the final of the show
Lovely ladies: Amanda wore a dress by J'Anton while Alesha opted for a purple gown by a new designer
