One of our writers just coined the term TMLI as in, “Too Much Lindsay Information.”
Apparently Lindsay thinks that if she goes to rehab for the next six months, she can avoid jail time.
Lindsay's Dad Michael Lohan just told Hollyscoop that Lindsay “has a spot waiting for her at Betty Ford,” at any time if she wants it.
Lindsay is facing 4 criminal charges right now, and is looking at up to 1 year and 9 months in jail if convicted. Rehab is looking REAL GOOD right about now.
That being said, Lindsay is supposed to be sober, but sources at the club last night say she was drunk and reportedly doing coke. So yeah, she actually needs to sober up, jail or otherwise.
Michael tells us that he’s been waiting for Lindsay to return to rehab and will wholeheartedly support her as long as she stays clean afterwards and isn’t just using it as a way to escape prison.
It’s pretty clear that Lindsay’s life is spiraling out of control.
Below is a video of her leaving the jail this morning and screaming at her assistant Gavin Doyle to stay out of car.
It’s unsure why she doesn’t want him with her, but our in-house Lindsay expert (aka Matt, whose conversations I eavesdrop on) has done some sleuthing and it appears like Gavin sells Lindsay stories to the media on the regular.
He might have been the one to call the cops last night in a kind of “tough love” gesture.
Judging from the video, it seems like Lindsay fired him because he just tweeted at her, “@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. Xxx”
Doesn’t that sound like something an ex-friend or ex-assistant would say? It rings of “famous last word,” no?
